Job Summary: Indegene is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of digital, analytics, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people development skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across multifunctional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role demands a blend of operational excellence, strategic thinking, and hands-on project execution, ensuring that client expectations, profitability, and delivery timelines are consistently met. Key Responsibilities: - Project & Delivery Management - Lead end-to-end project delivery for Digital Enablement. Manage overall project profitability, budgets, and scope including forecast monitoring, billing as per contractual terms, and timely revenue recognition. - Ensure delivery within timelines, quality standards, and budgeted effort/cost with proactive risk management. - Anticipate client-side or operational bottlenecks and proactively propose mitigation strategies. - People Management & Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and motivate multifunctional project teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration. - Manage resource allocation, performance feedback, and professional development of team members. - Drive engagement and retention by creating a positive and growth-oriented work environment. - Stakeholder & Client Management - Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, proactive engagement, and consistent delivery. - Manage client expectations around deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution. - Conduct periodic project reviews and capture feedback to drive continuous improvement. - Process & Operations Excellence - Ensure adherence to established project management frameworks, governance models, and documentation standards. - Contribute to the improvement of delivery methodologies and operational processes. - Support and Improve the quality of proposals and increase the ratio of RFP's to RFQ's for large projects, be involved in time / effort estimates - Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams including Product, Technology, Analytics, and Design to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables. - Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Operations to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. - Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Privacy, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to internal and client standards. - Reporting & Governance - Provide visibility on project performance, risks, and outcomes through structured reporting. - Manage revenue projections and variance analysis within acceptable thresholds (±10% deviation). - Ensure timely completion of documentation, client sign-offs, and closure reports. Desired Profile: - 9+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, or Delivery Management roles within Digital Analytics, MarTech, or Digital Transformation domains. - Educational background: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA + MBA/PGDM preferred. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with distributed, cross-functional teams. - Strong people management, communication, and presentation skills. - Experience managing projects involving Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other analytics/MarTech platforms is an advantage. - Excellent client management and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. - Strong organizational and time management skills with a passion for continuous learning and process improvement.
