Qualifications: - 2-3 years experience working on medium or large brands only. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their respective strengths, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and growth. - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to measure and track performance. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. - Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. - Up-to-date knowledge of current trends, tools, and innovations in social media marketing. - Familiarity with the alcoholic beverage industry or a passion for spirits is a plus.
