The candidate will be responsible for property sales, revenue generation, target achievement & implementing sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Real Estate Sales, Strong Managerial skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their targets and exceed sales expectations with revenue generation for own & company growth. Mohali (Punjab), Vrindavan. Job Description: 1. Implement strategic sales plans as per company management planning to achieve company goals and targets. 2. Manage, Motivate, and Handle the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity for growth. 3. Set individual and team sales targets and manage performance against these targets. 4. Manage and do planning to improve performance and give feedback to the sales team. 5. Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide updates and give suggestion on market trends, and share best practices. 6. Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders. 7. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns. 8. Stay up-to-date with market trends or strategies, competitor activities, and industry developments. 9. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. 2. Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience as a manager role. 3. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. 6. Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices. 7. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
