Job Title Business Manager - EdTechLocation Nerul Navi Mumbai NagpurExperience Required Minimum 12 YearsSalary Range - 16-18 LPAIndustry Education EdTechEmployment Type Full-Time On-siteAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Manager to lead our operations sales initiatives and team management in the fast-paced EdTech space The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience in the education or EdTech sector a deep understanding of business operations and the ability to drive growth through strong execution and innovation Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategic business plans for assigned regions Nerul Nagpur - Drive revenue growth through B2C B2B channel partnerships enterprise accounts and direct sales - Identify new business opportunities strategic alliances and growth areas - Manage P L responsibilities budgeting forecasting and financial planning - Build and lead a high-performing team across sales operations and customer success - Collaborate with cross-functional teams Marketing Product Tech for market feedback and business alignment - Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through data-driven strategies - Track KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior leadership Requirements - Minimum 12 years of work experience with at least 5 years in a leadership business management role in the EdTech or Education industry - Proven track record of scaling business operations and managing teams - Strong understanding of market dynamics customer segmentation and digital sales - Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills - Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and work with digital products platforms - MBA or equivalent degree preferred Preferred Skills - Experience in EdTech K-12 Higher Education Test Prep or Online Learning platforms - Strong data orientation and decision-making skills - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales dashboards ref updazz com
