Here is a typical job description for a Ass Manager Deputy Manager - Mechanical CCP Job Title Manager Deputy Manager - Mechanical CCP Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manager Deputy Manager - Mechanical CCP to lead our mechanical maintenance team in ensuring optimal performance reliability and efficiency of our cement plant s mechanical systems The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance repair and replacement of mechanical equipment and implement best practices to minimize downtime and reduce costs Key Responsibilities Managerial Responsibilities Lead and manage the mechanical maintenance team providing guidance training and development opportunities Develop and implement mechanical maintenance strategies policies and procedures Collaborate with production quality and other departments to ensure alignment and optimal plant performance Manage budgets resources and contractors to achieve departmental objectives Technical Responsibilities Oversee maintenance repair and replacement of mechanical equipment including crushers kilns mills conveyors and other plant machinery Troubleshoot mechanical issues conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions Develop and implement predictive maintenance programs including condition monitoring and vibration analysis Ensure compliance with safety environmental and quality regulations and standards Conduct inspections and audits to identify opportunities for improvement Develop and implement energy conservation and cost-saving initiatives Specific CCP Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the maintenance of cement plant equipment including pyroprocessing grinding and packing systems Ensure optimal performance of CCP equipment including crushers raw mills kilns and cement mills JOB APPLY CONTACT - ANJALI 9503451559
