About The Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer who is passionate about mentorship and team development. Beyond driving design work, you'll play a central role in coaching, guiding, and inspiring designers around you.
What You'll Do
- Mentor junior and mid-level designers, guiding them on craft, frameworks, and problem-solving.
- Lead by example, setting high standards in both design and collaboration.
- Provide structured feedback and career growth support to team members.
- Create opportunities for peer learning and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with design leadership to shape culture and best practices.
- Continue contributing hands-on to high-priority design projects.
What We're Looking For
- 57 years of product design experience with proven leadership skills.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and ownership.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire peers.
- Excellent communication and feedback-giving skills.
- Experience balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on design work.
