Job Description About Company Hancod Digital is a fast-scaling tech company building intelligent tools for businesses. Our flagship product, Duxbe, is an AI-powered ERP and POS platform designed for SMEs. We operate like a startup but deliver like a product studio focused, fast, and driven by design-first thinking. What You'll Do - Lead or contribute to the design of ERP, CRM, or POS platforms across web and mobile - Collaborate with the CEO, Tech, and Product teams to convert complex workflows into intuitive UI - Conduct competitor analysis and user journey mapping for business apps - Design clean, modular, and responsive UI using Figma (components, variants, design systems) - Maintain consistency across modules while optimizing for performance and usability - Independently design user-friendly products from scratch with little guidance. - Take ownership of end-to-end design processes, from ideation to prototype handoff. - Occasionally create branding or marketing design elements for product launch support What We're Looking For - 13 years of experience in UI/UX design - Experience designing ERP, CRM, or admin dashboards (MUST) - Proficiency in Figma, especially with components and libraries - Understanding of user personas and product workflows in B2B SaaS - Ability to think like a product designer balancing aesthetics, usability, and business goals. - Self-motivated, able to take initiative and design without constant direction. - Bonus: Animation skills, Webflow knowledge, or frontend design handoff experience Perks - Flexible working hours & remote-first culture - Work on a high-impact product with global potential - Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team - Fast-tracked growth to Design Lead (if not joining as one already) Skills: ux,figma,design,design systems,user journey mapping,branding design,b2b saas,apps,competitor analysis,ui/ux design,user personas
