Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements, user flows, and interaction models. - Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to gather insights and validate design decisions. - Translate ideas and feedback into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes. - Design intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and align with brand guidelines. - Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides for consistency and scalability. - Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation. - Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and changing business needs. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - 1–4 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role in a tech-driven environment. - Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects and end-to-end design process. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy. - Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications. - Ability to balance aesthetics with usability and functionality. - Strong communication skills to present design concepts and rationale effectively. - Experience working in agile product development environments is a plus. - Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is an advantage but not mandatory.
