Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and financial health of our organization supporting our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare servi Responsibilities - Manage accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections. - Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve billing discrepancies and improve revenue cycle efficiency. - Analyze financial data to identify trends and implement strategies for reducing outstanding receivables. - Utilize healthcare product knowledge to optimize billing systems and enhance revenue cycle management. - Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall financial performance. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to accounts receivable and revenue cycle management. - Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for improving cash flow and reducing days sales outstanding. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all accounts receivable activities. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving. - Implement best practices in accounts receivable management to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. - Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve billing and collections processes. - Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and advancements. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of revenue cycle management processes to support organizational goals.
