Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly on arrival and ensure a smooth check-in check-out process Handle reservations cancellations and room allocations efficiently Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally Assist guests with information about hotel facilities services and local attractions Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest requirements Handle guest complaints and issues with professionalism escalating when necessary Maintain accurate records of guest accounts payments and billing Ensure the front desk area is clean organized and welcoming at all times Uphold hotel policies procedures and safety standards Support in administrative tasks such as filing data entry and correspondence Job Type Permanent Pay 13 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Kollam Kerala Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Preferred Work Location In person
