Marketing Associate - Project Management

We are seeking an experienced professional to join us as a Marketing Associate - Project Management in our Gurgaon office.

This role plays a foundational part in enabling operational excellence across marketing delivery by ensuring structured workflow execution, cross-functional coordination and process discipline. As part of the Marketing team, this Associate will contribute to the smooth orchestration of marketing projects, helping ensure that work is initiated, tracked and completed efficiently.

The role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving operational challenges and is motivated by enabling teams to do their best work through reliable systems and processes. As a Marketing Associate, you will work closely with internal stakeholders across content, design, digital, events, brand and communications functions and act as a key liaison during IST hours to maintain continuity and momentum in project execution.

What you'll do:

Workflow Setup & Execution:

- Review incoming project requests and initiate setup inWorkfrontusing appropriate templates.
- Customize project setup based on scope and ensure correct task sequencing and ownership.
- Activate workflows and ensure readiness for execution across involved teams.

Operational Coordination:

- Serve as thefirst point of contactfor project-related queries and issue resolution during IST hours.
- Monitor task progress and ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with external vendors on outsourced marketing projects to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- SupportWorkfront admin taskssuch as report creation, template updates, etc., under guidance.

Process Compliance & Improvement:

- Ensure adherence to standardized marketing processes and actively support efforts to drive improvements by identifying gaps and participating in solutioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain continuity and operational stability across marketing projects.
- Supportoperational data reporting and analysis to understand project health and other related parameters.

What you'll bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experiencein marketing operations, project coordination, or PMO functions.
- Understanding of marketing projects and productions workflows.
- Familiarity withWorkfront (strongly preferred)or similar project management tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to work.
- Comfortable adjusting working hours to ensure engagement with U.S. team members during IST evening hours.
