With Pocketpills, complete care is right in your pocket.Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives across channels. This is a great opportunity for a motivated marketer early in their career to gain hands-on exposure in a fast-paced E-commerce/D2C environment. You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth on campaign execution, reporting, and market research.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in building marketing strategies to drive growth across digital channels (social, website, email, paid, partnerships).Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.Support retention, performance, and brand marketing initiatives with campaign coordination.Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of creative assets and content.Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for the leadership team.Stay updated with the latest trends in E-commerce and consumer marketing.Requirements2-4 years of experience in marketing (E-commerce/D2C experience preferred).An MBA in Marketing/Communications is a strong plus.Strong organizational and coordination skills.Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (paid ads, social, SEO, email, analytics).Strong communication and presentation skills.Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a high-paced startup environment.
