Key Responsibilities of an ATM Service Engineer 1 ATM Installation Setup Install and configure new ATMs kiosks and related equipment Ensure proper network connectivity and power supply 2 Routine Maintenance Perform regular preventive maintenance checks Replace worn-out parts such as card readers keypads rollers or dispensers Ensure machines are clean and operational 3 Troubleshooting Repair Diagnose hardware software issues in ATMs Resolve cash dispenser jams card reader errors or printer malfunctions Coordinate with technical support teams for major issues 4 Cash Handling Support Assist in cash loading balancing and reconciliation if required by employer Ensure secure handling of ATM vaults 5 Software Network Support Update ATM software firmware as per bank vendor requirements Ensure ATM is connected to the server and troubleshoot connectivity issues 6 Customer Service Reporting Respond promptly to ATM downtime complaints Maintain detailed service and maintenance reports Coordinate with banks vendors and field teams to minimize downtime 7 Security Compliance Follow safety and security protocols during service Ensure compliance with RBI bank policies regarding ATM operations Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 15 001 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Willingness to travel 100 Preferred Work Location In person
