We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Assistant Food Beverage F B Manager to support the leadership of our hotel s restaurant banquet and catering operations The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing staff maintaining high service standards and ensuring efficient and profitable F B operations Key Responsibilities Restaurant and Banquet Operations Assist the F B Manager in planning organizing and directing all restaurant banquet and catering activities Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality standards Monitor food preparation presentation portion control and inventory levels Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency Coordinate with other departments kitchen housekeeping etc for seamless event execution Staff Management Participate in the recruitment training and development of F B staff Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement Schedule staff assignments and manage labor costs within budgetary guidelines Foster a positive team environment and address employee relations issues Ensure compliance with health safety and labor regulations Guest Relations Maintain a visible presence in dining areas to monitor guest satisfaction Promptly address and resolve guest complaints or concerns Respond to special requests and accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences Collaborate with the sales team to review and plan for upcoming events or group bookings Administrative Duties Assist with budget preparation cost control and financial analysis for F B operations Review and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement or cost savings Prepare reports on food and beverage sales labor costs and inventory levels Ensure compliance with liquor laws and responsible service of alcohol policies Participate in regular management meetings and contribute to strategic planning Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
