Can you help us drive our vision for the future Join our Smart Infrastructure team as Lead Country Business Unit Head (RC-IN SI EA) and take the lead in technology projects that will transform entire industries, cities and even environments. Responsibilities: Strategic Thinking & Acting - Define and implement regional strategy embedded in the global wEAre1 strategic framework. Leading and Developing People - Lead and Develop the EA team in the lead country and in all assigned countries in terms of capabilities, capacities and performance, i.e. manage, develop and drive assigned country managers - Progressive profitable growth by growing tangible customer value and growing market share - Drive & grow EA business in region incl. own regional P&L, covering the full portfolio range of products, systems, solutions, services and IoT business - Maximize market coverage across all channels incl. indirect channels e.g. distributors and partner business - Drive Sustainability Business by capitalizing on EA portfolio to support our customers on their way to carbon neutrality Inspiring Change, Innovation and Digital Transformation - Enable exponential growth in IoT portfolio through strong focus in the whole region - Set up & steer an effective vertical- / channel-oriented market coverage for your region and collaborate with other BUs on their vertical approaches (one Siemens) - Ensure profitable growth by flawlessly executing projects, reducing / effectively managing NCCs and driving productivity - Be an ambassador for SI EA on RC level for both internal and external matters (Role in the society, setup efficient) - Steer own local RC workshops and host other global BU functions e.g. Operations/ R&D / QM&GCC Competence / Experience: - >5 years of management & leadership experience incl. P&L and financials - Sound business understanding in energy- and electricity markets for both utilities and industries. - Strong sales background, ideally paired with sound project management skills and/or, experiences in product management. - Ideally, electrical engineering degree or comparable. - Service- and IoT experience would be beneficial. - Sustainability mindset This role is based at Kalwa, Mumbai, where you'll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries and the shape of things to come.
