Salary: 8 - 15 LPA + Variable Location: Remote (India) Work Schedule: Flexible Working Hours ORANTS AI is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Senior Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our corporate clients. If you have a passion for problem-solving, a deep understanding of software applications, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction, join our remote team Responsibilities - Provide timely and effective technical support to ORANTS AI clients via email, chat, and phone. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues, escalating to engineering teams when necessary. - Educate clients on product features and best practices to maximize their success with our platforms. - Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM/ticketing system. - Contribute to the creation and improvement of knowledge base articles and FAQs. - Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships. Requirements - 5+ years of experience in a technical customer support role for a B2B software or SaaS company. - Strong understanding of web applications, APIs, and data-related concepts. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues. - Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with a patient and empathetic approach. - Experience with CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud). - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests effectively. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
