Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, field-based role focused on generating new business leads, conducting outdoor sales, and driving marketing activities to expand our client base. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting our office furniture products in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct outdoor sales visits and client meetings.
- Present and promote office furniture products to customers.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Support marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or field sales (preferred in furniture/related industry).
- Negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and sales visits.
