Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a desire to succeed in a competitive market. Both freshers and candidates with prior sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills [ English, Malayalam etc.].
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to learn about products/services and explain them to prospects.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum: High School (12th pass) or Graduate in any field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
