Job Description

Pragamana is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand our business customer base and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a blend of strong leadership, deep software sales knowledge, and exceptional client relationship skills to ensure customer satisfaction and drive company growth.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic B2B software sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and expand our market presence.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the B2B sales team, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities by targeting potential clients and building strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Work closely with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client companies to understand their business needs and propose tailored software solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing agreements.
- Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies, product offerings, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and territory analyses to senior management.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by liaising with internal teams and handling escalations effectively.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a sales Manager or in a senior B2B software sales role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of the B2B sales process and software as a service (SaaS) industry.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance metrics and market trends.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
