Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Key Tasks
Manage entire new hire orientation which includes pre joining checks and onboarding , induction process, maintain updated employee data files in their personal folders.
Prepare internal MISs on monthly basis , ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Employee Onboarding Surveys: To coordinate and manage surveys for the organization to ensure that employee opinion is regularly maintained.
Provide support to employees on HR related matters
Maintenance of HRIS and HR records.
Generate various employee letters.
Assist in medical insurance/health insurance management
Coordinate for training programs.
Overview entire EXIT management process, coordinate for exit formalities, exit interviews, and maintain tracker for the same.
Adherence to all statutory compliances, timely review with the existing consultant on the pending issues if any.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Skill sets:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Process Oriented
Strong employee relations
Strong understanding of HR Statutory Compliances
Excellent in EXCEL
Qualifications:
Graduate /MBA in Human Resources
