About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Intern to join our team and assist in resolving technical issues for clients and internal users. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, has a problem-solving mindset, and is passionate about technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level technical support via email, chat, or phone.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining systems and applications.
- Escalate complex problems to senior support engineers or the development team.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac), networking, and common software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, JIRA).
- Knowledge of databases and basic SQL queries.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
