Description

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing sales to drive revenue growth for our company.

Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the product development team.

Skills and Qualifications

- 0-2 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
