IBS Analysis Senior Specialist

Summary of the Role

- Assist the Product Owner to ensure the link between business Stakeholders and technical delivery team.
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for customer journeys, content personalization, portal features, and system integrations.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to validate customer experience designs and ensure they meet user requirements.
- Collaborate with AEM architects and developers to ensure solutions align with platform capabilities and best practices.
- Assist in defining MVPs, product backlogs, and roadmaps in coordination with product owners and delivery leads.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of an Agile delivery team.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in requirements early in the project lifecycle.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triaging to ensure solution quality.

Your Main Responsibilities

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on digital platforms or customer-facing applications.
- Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its role in content and experience management.
- Experience with end-to-end portal or website projects involving customer authentication, personalization, and self-service capabilities.
- Ability to create clear documentation: user stories, process diagrams, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs, SF data cloud), CRM systems (Salesforce), Service Now or APIs is a plus

About the Ideal Candidate

- Experience working on B2C or B2B customer portals.
- Exposure to integrations between AEM and backend systems (e.g., CRM, eCommerce, customer identity platforms).
- Adobe certifications or training in AEM or related Adobe Experience Cloud products.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Work on a high-impact digital transformation initiative.
- Collaborate with a skilled team of designers, architects, and engineers.
