Job Summary This role requires very strong written and verbal communication skills and a great level of flexibility to absorb ad hoc tasks in addition to the overall assignment It is also critical to understands the larger ecosystem and overall process and flag opportunities for improvement Responsible for partnering with CCC business unit leaders and other units within outside CCC to create additional value through initiatives idenfited as process improvement Key Responsibilities Process Mapping and Analysis Documenting existing processes using tools like flowcharts and process maps Analysing process workflows to identify inefficiencies bottlenecks and areas for improvement Requirements Gathering Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements Process Redesign Developing and proposing new process designs to improve efficiency and effectiveness Conducting feasibility studies and impact analyses for proposed changes Implementation Support Assisting in the implementation of new processes or systems Providing training and support to employees during the transition to new processes Continuous Improvement Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization Identifying and implementing best practices to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness Compliance and Risk Management Ensuring that processes comply with internal policies and external regulations Identifying potential risks associated with processes and developing mitigation strategies Stakeholder Communication Communicating process changes and improvements to relevant stakeholders Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment Problem-Solving Identifying root causes of process-related issues and developing solutions to address them Strategy Responsibilities that are related to the development and implementation of a strategy for example Awareness and understanding of the Group s business strategy and model appropriate to the role Business Responsibilities related to the delivery of business objectives for example Awareness and understanding of the wider business economic and market environment in which the Group operates Processes Reference the processes for which the Role Holder is responsible as per the Operational Risk Framework definition of first second line People Talent Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values Set appropriate tone and work in collaboration with business risk and other partners Risk Management Responsibilities relating to identifying assessing monitoring controlling and mitigating risks to the Group as well as an awareness and understanding of the main risks facing the Group and the role the individual plays in managing them For example -The ability to interpret identify any financial information identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures Governance Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role Regulatory Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics including regulatory and business conduct across Standard Chartered Bank This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with in letter and spirit all applicable laws regulations guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct Effectively and collaboratively identify escalate mitigate and resolve risk conduct and compliance matters Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles Fair Outcomes for Clients Effective Financial Markets Financial Crime Compliance The Right Environment Serve as a Director of the Board Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association or equivalent Key stakeholders CCC stakeholders Country PDU Technology Group Qualifications Education-Graduate Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends to support testing activities as needed Strong stakeholder management Excellent communication skills Good Documentation skills Good analytical skills Experience working in MS Office and Excel Skills and Experience MS Office Excel About Standard
