About the Role This position will report to the Manager, Renewals Specialist, EMEA and will be part of a team responsible for maximizing the renewal rates of our subscription customers in APAC. This will require cross-functional engagement across multiple teams within Cyncly. The successful candidate needs to have a successful track record in a customer facing role, in either a Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales function, with demonstrated experience in increasing customer satisfaction and achieving retention targets. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of churn and dunning processes. Key Position Responsibilities Include: - Interacting with customers before and after their renewal date to secure their renewal. - Ensuring that churn and dunning processes are executed effectively and accurately. - Identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities for the APAC Sales team. - Maintaining CRM data integrity by documenting all activities and opportunities. - Addressing and resolving customer complaints. - Working with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer satisfaction. Key Performance Indicators Include: - Monthly renewal and dunning rates for APAC customers. Required Experience and Qualifications: - Strong interpersonal and listening skills, demonstrate empathy, thrive in a team environment, and take full ownership of their work. - Prior experience in Sales or Customer Success is essential. - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Fluent in English - Around 5 years experience in a customer facing role in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales function. - Track record of hitting and exceeding renewal targets. - Working knowledge of using CRM (Salesforce).
