An MNC involved in the manufacturing and marketing of Power and Networking Magnetics with global prosence Will be responsible for Manufacturing operations of Power networking magnetics components Lean manufacturing Mentoring and developing the production management skills of the team Design and implement plans for the effective use of material and labor resources to achieve manufacturing target Coordinate activities that affect operational decisions and planning daily operations Carry out gap analysis of operations and provide business plan to enable recruitment of key additional members of the operations and production team Oversee inventory and implement procedures to ensure inventory accuracy Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to ensure production related problems are identified and resolved quickly Drive to root cause solutions in workmanship and efficiency Responsibilities include capacity planning scheduling and organizing the work flow of material from order through receipt production inspection and shipping Plan and manage resources daily to ensure master schedule commitments are met Daily interface required with planning engineering quality and purchasing to resolve problems and implement process improvements Analyze and provide solutions to manufacturing challenges or problems Ideal Candidate BE - EEE ECE with 15 years of experience in Manufacturing of Power Networking Magnetics components Should have good experience in Lean manufacturing concepts Should have good understanding of production engineering maintenance quality aspects Should have good experience in process improvements Understands good manufacturing practice and good documentation practice Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with peers supervisors manufacturing engineers stockroom managers and leads Able to understand instructions and batch records written and spoken in English Ability to pay close attention to detail Ready to work out of Trichy location Should be able to communicate well in Tamil English
