We’re looking for an Epic MyChart Support Specialist to join our growing team at Interscripts Software Pvt. Ltd. 📌 Position: Epic MyChart Support Specialist 🧭 Location: Hyderabad, India 💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience 📅 Availability: Immediate joiner (within 4–5 days) 🔍 Role Overview: As a MyChart Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and clinical staff using the Epic MyChart portal. You’ll provide high-quality technical and functional support, ensuring a smooth, secure, and positive user experience. ✨ Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-level support for MyChart-related issues (login, access, functionality, etc.) - Respond to patient and staff inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with empathy and accuracy - Maintain comprehensive records of support interactions and resolutions - Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to enhance user satisfaction - Develop and update user documentation and FAQs 🎓 Required Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, US healthcare, or customer service - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with ticketing/documentation tools - Basic understanding of EHR systems (Epic experience preferred) - Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities - Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred 💡 Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience supporting Epic MyChart - Knowledge of US healthcare workflows and HIPAA compliance - Strong multitasking, time management, and customer service skills 🌟 Core Competencies: - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - Technical aptitude and problem-solving mindset - Attention to detail - Commitment to delivering superior customer experiences 📩 Interested?
