We’re Hiring: Manager – Vendor Operations | Scholastika (Noida, WFO) Scholastika, a global leader in EdTech, Publishing, and Healthcare content and operations solutions, is looking for a Manager – Vendor Operations to manage our global network of freelancers, agencies, and specialized vendors. 📍 Location: Noida (Work From Office) 🕓 Shift: Day 📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday 👤 Reports To: Director 🔎 About the Role We are seeking a driven professional who can independently handle the sourcing, onboarding, coordination, and performance management of vendors across domains such as content development, instructional design, SMEs, graphic design, video production, localization, medical documentation, and more. Your work ensures Scholastika always has the right talent available at the right time to support fast-moving projects across EdTech, publishing, and healthcare. 💼 Key Responsibilities Vendor & Talent Sourcing - Identify suitable talent via , Naukri, Upwork, and professional platforms - Build and maintain a strong database of freelancers, agencies, and service partners - Maintain a ready pipeline for ongoing and upcoming projects Screening & Evaluation - Conduct initial capability discussions - Evaluate expertise, domain fit, availability, and quality of work samples - Understand pricing expectations and alignment Commercials & Contracting - Negotiate and finalize commercials - Coordinate NDAs, agreements, and onboarding documentation Onboarding & Operations - Maintain availability calendars and resource schedules - Share project briefs, assignments, and guidelines - Ensure vendors adhere to Scholastika’s process and quality standards Resource & Performance Management - Maintain structured talent pools by skill, language, domain, and tools - Allocate resources based on project priority and timelines - Track deliverables, feedback, and vendor performance Finance Coordination - Process vendor invoices - Track payments and ensure compliance with payment timelines 🧩 Required Skills - Excellent sourcing capability on , Naukri, Upwork, etc. - Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills - Highly organized and tech-savvy (Excel, Google Workspace, tools) - Ability to manage multiple profiles and deadlines simultaneously ⭐ Preferred Experience - Recruitment or vendor management experience in eLearning, EdTech, Publishing, Localization, or Healthcare BPO - Experience managing freelancers and creative or technical vendors - Exposure to content development or eLearning workflows (mandatory) 🌱 Qualities We Value at Scholastika - Self-driven and proactive - Strong follow-up discipline - Fast learner with process-oriented thinking - Professional communication and work ethics 🎯 Why This Role Matters This role strengthens Scholastika’s ability to scale by: - Building a high-quality global talent pipeline - Ensuring smoother onboarding and faster delivery - Improving vendor quality and accountability - Reducing dependency on senior leadership for operations - 📩 Interested candidates can apply at: sglarlin@skbpl.com -
