Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gandhinagar for a Project Manager Civil. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and budgets are met. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing project resources, supervising site activities, monitoring project progress, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The Project Manager will also review project plans, manage risks, and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale civil projects including infrastructure, commercial, residential, or industrial developments.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and progress.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, vendor management, procurement, and approvals.
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental requirements.
  • Prepare detailed project reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Mentor and lead junior project managers, engineers, and site teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's or PMP certification is a plus).
  • 8+ years of experience in civil project management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior role.
  • Proven experience managing large and complex civil engineering projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts (FIDIC, EPC, etc.), and local building codes/regulations.
  • Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
