About Skilldyn

Skilldyn, powered by EVOHIRE Pvt Ltd, is a fast-growing EdTech initiative focused on delivering industry-ready training programs in IT and Non-IT domains. We aim to bridge the skill gap by offering high-quality courses and collaborating with colleges, corporates, and individuals across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive student enrollments and revenue growth for Skilldyn's EdTech programs.
- Identify and build strong relationships with colleges, corporates, and training partners for collaborations.
- Pitch and present Skilldyn's courses, curriculum, and offerings to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to reach prospective customers through cold calling, emails, and networking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct presentations, webinars, and workshops to generate interest in Skilldyn programs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and closures in CRM/Excel.

Requirements:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in EdTech / Training & Development / Education sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales/enrollment targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and partnerships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a startup culture.
