Job Title Garment Washing Machine Operator Department Production Washing Unit Job Summary The Garment Washing Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining industrial washing machines used in garment processing The role involves ensuring the correct washing recipes are followed to achieve desired garment finishes maintaining quality standards and ensuring safety and efficiency during the washing process Key Responsibilities Operate various garment washing machines e g hydro extractor washing and drying machines Follow the washing formula and process parameters as per buyer or production specifications Check garment batches before and after washing to ensure correct quantity and quality Measure and add required chemicals enzymes and detergents according to washing recipes Monitor temperature water level and machine settings throughout the washing cycle Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the washing area and machines Record daily production and washing reports accurately Identify and report any machine faults or maintenance needs to the supervisor Ensure proper handling of garments to prevent damage or defects Comply with all safety rules PPE usage and company policies Required Qualifications Skills Minimum qualification 10th pass or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in garment washing or textile processing unit preferred Knowledge of different garment washing types e g enzyme wash stone wash acid wash soft wash etc Basic understanding of chemical usage and safety precautions Ability to follow instructions and maintain production schedules Physically fit and capable of handling machine operations Work Environment Industrial washing and garment production unit Exposure to heat humidity and chemicals with proper safety measures Shift-based work schedule may apply Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
