Tailor Contractor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tailor Contractor who will be responsible for supplying skilled tailors to our company on a contract basis. The contractor will ensure timely manpower supply, maintain quality standards of tailoring work, and coordinate between the tailors and our management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply skilled and experienced tailors as per company requirements.
• Ensure manpower availability in required numbers during peak production periods.
• Monitor and maintain discipline, attendance, and performance of deployed tailors.
• Ensure tailors are trained in operating different machines and meeting production targets.
• Coordinate with the company's production and HR teams for manpower planning.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety standards.
• Replace absentee or underperforming tailors promptly.
• Ensure quality stitching standards as per company guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in tailoring manpower supply or garment industry contracting.
• Strong network of skilled tailors and helpers.
• Ability to mobilize manpower quickly based on production needs.
• Good coordination, communication, and management skills.
• Knowledge of garment production processes and stitching quality standards.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to handle workforce management independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: From ₹7,000.00 per month
