Job Description About The Opportunity Primary Job Title: Senior Content Writer SaaS & B2B Tech A fast-growing organisation in the B2B SaaS and IT product sector, building cloud-native communication and enterprise software solutions for global customers. We seek a senior, on-site content specialist based in India to shape product storytelling, drive organic visibility, and convert technical value into customer-facing content. Role & Responsibilities - Own end-to-end content for SaaS products: plan, write, edit, and publish product pages, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and knowledge-base articles. - Translate technical product specs and engineering inputs into clear, persuasive copy that resonates with technical buyers and non-technical stakeholders. - Develop and manage an editorial calendar aligned with product launches, GTM campaigns, and SEO priorities. - Apply SEO best practices and keyword research to increase organic traffic and SERP rankings for targeted product topics. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Sales to ensure messaging consistency across website, docs, and sales enablement assets. - Measure content performance using analytics, iterate on messaging based on data, and mentor junior writers on content quality and workflows. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have - Proven portfolio of SaaS / IT product content: product pages, technical articles, and case studies. - Strong command of SEO-driven content creation and keyword optimisation. - Experience working directly with product and engineering teams to produce accurate technical content. - Excellent written English with strong editorial skills and attention to detail. - Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or Contentful) and content publishing workflows. - On-site presence in India and ability to operate within an in-office collaboration model. Preferred - Experience with analytics tools to track content KPIs and inform content strategy. - Familiarity with product marketing frameworks and sales enablement content (battlecards, one-pagers). - Exposure to developer-focused content or API documentation.
