About The Role As Assistant Service Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operational management of surgical services. Working closely with clinical teams, senior managers, and administrative staff, you will help ensure the smooth running of services, efficient use of resources, and a positive experience for patients. Your Responsibilities Will Include - Supporting the planning and coordination of surgical services. - Monitoring performance and contributing to service improvement initiatives. - Managing administrative processes and supporting clinical governance. - Assisting with workforce planning, rota coordination, and data reporting. - Acting as a key point of contact for staff and patients.
