JOb Description

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are passionate about technology and recruitment. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top technical talent to meet the needs of our organization.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical recruitment needs.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical positions.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets in the IT industry.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess technical competencies through interviews and assessments.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and various sourcing techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
