We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads managing client relationships and closing property sales If you have a passion for real estate excellent communication skills and a knack for sales we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities - Generate leads through networking cold calling and referrals - Conduct property viewings and site visits with potential clients - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends market conditions and available properties - Provide clients with detailed property information and answer inquiries - Negotiate and close deals with buyers and tenants - Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and leads - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and sales campaigns - Ensure all legal documents are complete and compliant with regulations - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Requirements - Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role real estate experience preferred - Strong sales negotiation and communication skills - Knowledge of local property markets and legal requirements - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Valid driver s license preferred - Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or relevant field optional but preferred ref updazz com
