Role Overview:
As a Process Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation and improvement of our business processes. You will leverage your expertise in CMMI Level 3 practices to guide consulting delivery teams, help define and implement effective processes, and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- CMMI Level 3 Implementation: Lead and support the implementation of CMMI Level 3 processes and standards across various business units, ensuring the smooth transition and sustainability of these practices.
- Process Definition & Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and implement optimized processes that align with industry best practices.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess current processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive performance.
- Consulting Delivery Teams: Provide expert guidance to consulting delivery teams on process-related matters, ensuring processes are followed and deliverables are met to the highest standards.
- Internal Audits: Conduct regular internal audits to evaluate process adherence and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to leadership based on audit findings.
- Training & Mentoring: Train internal teams on process improvement methodologies, CMMI practices, and quality management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior stakeholders to define and align process goals with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Metrics Management: Develop and implement strategies for tracking, analyzing, and reporting key performance metrics to drive business insights and improvement.
Functional Competencies:
- Deep knowledge of CMMI Level 3 and experience with process definition, implementation, and continuous improvement.
- Strong experience in consulting delivery teams, offering guidance and ensuring successful process execution.
- Hands-on experience in conducting internal audits, identifying process gaps, and driving corrective actions.
- Proven ability to implement process improvements that lead to measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to develop and implement process documentation and train teams on the proper execution of processes.
- Understanding of industry best practices in process management and quality assurance.
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in reporting tools and the ability to translate insights into actionable business decisions.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Engineering or Computer Science)
- Certification in CMMI Level 3 or similar process frameworks is highly preferred.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in process consulting, process improvement, or similar roles with direct experience in CMMI Level 3.
- Demonstrated success in process implementation and improvement projects.
- Experience in conducting internal & external audits and facilitating cross-functional process changes.
