About Us Idealign is a Project Management Consultancy in the construction industry dedicated to delivering top-tier project management solutions Our expertise and commitment to excellence have made us a trusted partner for a wide range of construction projects We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and drive our growth in the industry Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 6 years in construction management The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of construction processes site works and the nuances of coordinating with vendors contractors and clients This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials Facilitate communication with clients to provide project updates address concerns and manage expectations Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress resolve issues and ensure compliance with project specifications Identify and mitigate project risks implementing proactive solutions Maintain detailed documentation of project activities and changes Foster a collaborative environment among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction project management with a focus on site works and coordination Strong knowledge of construction processes methods and best practices Proven experience in managing vendor and contractor relationships Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in project management software and tools PMP or equivalent certification is preferred What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Opportunities for professional development and continued education A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values collaboration and innovation Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Schedule Morning shift Ability to commute relocate Kanyakumari Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 6 years Preferred Management 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
