Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Franchise Development based in New Delhi. The role involves identifying and expanding franchise opportunities, conducting franchise sales, and managing relationships with franchise partners. Daily tasks include analyzing market opportunities, meeting potential franchisees, providing training and support to partners, and strategizing ways to grow the franchise network. Collaboration with internal teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and consistent communication with partners will also be key aspects of this role. Qualifications - Proficiency in Franchise Sales and understanding of Franchising models - Strong business development skills and the ability to identify and seize growth opportunities - Experience in providing training and support to partners - Strong sales skills with the ability to meet targets and drive results - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work on-site in New Delhi - Prior experience in the healthcare or franchise industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
