Job Description Contact Mr Manoj Thenua WhatsApp 639865 2832 Industry & Sector Private tertiary healthcare & hospital services regional hospital marketing and outreach covering clinical services, diagnostics, OPD/IPD growth and community health programs across Assam and neighbouring districts. This on-site leadership role drives branding, referral partnerships, digital presence, ATL/BTL campaigns and field engagement to grow patient volumes and diagnostic referrals. Role & Responsibilities - Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans and budgets aligned to hospital growth targets; provide timely competitor analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management. - Build and maintain a structured doctor referral program: map referral sources, track IPD/OPD/diagnostic referrals, present analytics, and deliver month-on-month referral growth through targeted engagement. - Plan and manage all outdoor and ATL/BTL branding hoardings, billboards, radio, print and on-ground installations including vendor coordination, fabrication, municipal compliance and brand governance. - Own digital marketing oversight: approve monthly content calendars, monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads performance, ensure website and service updates, and track digital lead-to-conversion metrics in partnership with agencies. - Plan and supervise on-ground outreach medical camps, CMEs, community awareness drives and corporate wellness programs and ensure high-impact internal branding and collateral for patient-facing areas. - Lead and mentor the marketing team (executives, designers) and outsourced agencies; maintain disciplined daily/weekly field reporting, ROI measurement for campaigns and systematic documentation of referral and camp outcomes. Proven healthcare marketing experience with demonstrated network among doctors in Dibrugarh and nearby districts. Comfortable supervising digital agencies and managing end-to-end ATL/BTL vendor execution. Fluency in English, Hindi and Assamese. On-site role based in Dibrugarh. Key Performance Metrics - Referral-driven OPD/IPD/diagnostic volume growth and conversion rates. - OPD uplift for targeted consultants and ROI from camps/outreach. - Digital lead volumes and conversion percentages; field coverage and reporting discipline; quality and impact of outdoor branding.
