Job Description - Foster a culture of digital innovation and continuous improvement by incorporating user feedback into decision-making processes. - Enhance employee engagement by delivering user-friendly, cutting-edge solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the workforce. - Provide leadership in change management and training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of digital workplace tools. - Define and execute the digital workplace strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce needs. - Stay ahead of trends in workplace technologies to introduce innovative tools and processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure digital solutions meet operational and cultural goals. - Develop and maintain desktop images and software configurations to meet employee needs and compliance requirements. - Ensure desktop and endpoint performance, reliability, and security through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting. - Manage hardware inventory and ensure devices meet evolving performance and usability standards. - Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for device management and user support. - Prioritize employee satisfaction by delivering intuitive, user-friendly technology experiences. - Collect and analyze feedback to continuously refine tools, platforms, and support processes. WHO YOU ARE - Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. - 8+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on workplace technologies and digital transformation. - Expertise in modern workplace technologies, including Office 365, collaboration platforms, and endpoint management tools. - Deep understanding of device management platforms (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Jamf) and modern workplace solutions. - Strong knowledge of IT security principles and compliance standards for end-user devices. - Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on implementation. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
