With a focus on design innovation, quality execution, and technology-driven governance, Altre collaborates with multinational occupiers, GCCs, and enterprise clients to create workplaces that inspire productivity, creativity, and well-being.Role OverviewWe are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect with 6–8+ years of experience in designing and delivering corporate office spaces for multinational clients. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual and technical design abilities, proven experience in end-to-end workspace design, and an impressive portfolio of independently executed design projects. This role requires close collaboration with Altre’s design, project management, and execution teams to deliver world-class, high-performance work environments from concept through completion.Key Responsibilities·       Design Development & Space Planning·       - Develop innovative design concepts, layouts, and spatial strategies aligned with client requirements and brand identity.·       - Prepare test fits, zoning plans, and detailed GFC drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.·       - Lead design discussions with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to finalize layouts and design direction.·       Conceptualization & Visualization·       - Create compelling presentation decks with mood boards, renderings, and material palettes.·       - Collaborate with visualization teams to develop high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs.·       - Ensure design intent aligns with functionality, aesthetics, and budgetary goals.·       Technical Detailing & Documentation·       - Prepare detailed architectural drawings, reflected ceiling plans, joinery details, and finishes schedules.·       - Coordinate with MEP, structural, and acoustic consultants for technical integration.·       - Validate BOQs and specifications to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility.·       Design Coordination & Governance·       - Collaborate with D&B and PMC teams during design reviews, value engineering, and execution phases.·       - Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design intent, material quality, and detailing standards.·       - Support procurement and vendor teams with specifications, mock-ups, and approvals.·       Client Engagement & Presentations·       - Represent Altre in client meetings and design workshops.·       - Present design concepts, space optimization strategies, and sustainability ideas with clarity and impact.·       - Maintain a strong client focus, ensuring designs meet functional, brand, and aesthetic expectations.Qualifications & Experience• Education: B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized architecture school. • Experience: 6–8+ years in workspace or corporate interior design for multinational clients. • Portfolio: Must present a strong portfolio of executed design work demonstrating creativity, detailing, and ownership. • Preferred Exposure:  - Global workplace design standards (WELL, LEED, IGBC).  - Experience with international design firms, managed office operators, or global occupiers.  - Familiarity with NBC and local statutory requirements.Technical Proficiency• Software Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office. • Added Advantage: Proficiency in workplace strategy, agile workspace planning, and presentation tools (PowerPoint / InDesign).Personal Attributes• Strong design sensibility and ability to balance creativity with practicality. • Excellent visual presentation and detailing skills. • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. • Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently on multiple projects. • Passionate about workplace design, innovation, and sustainable design thinking.Why Join Altre• Opportunity to design flagship workplaces for global organizations. • Work within a collaborative, design-led, and technology-driven platform. • Exposure to end-to-end design + build delivery, ensuring creative ideas are realized seamlessly. • Attractive compensation and career growth opportunities in a fast-growing organization.To ApplySend your portfolio and profile to careers@altre.co.in with the subject line “Architect – Workplace Design | Bangalore | Altre Build Tech”
