Profile Influencer ExecutiveLocation- UP West Ghaziabad Education MBA Bachelor sExpectations - Minimum in Sales Marketing Experience - Preferably 6 Years of successful- Marketing sales-related working experiences in managing Contractors and end consumers Responsibilities - Keeping the Loyalty program competitive with the market offerings- Lead for driving the secondary volume value growth in the business leading to primary growth - Taking the lead on long-term activities to ensure that the influencers core drivers are addressed- Work on process and structures to drive secondary field force productivity and effectiveness - Managing the regional engagement team to improve influencer engagement on the ground level- Driving the micro market initiatives- Designing yearly roadmap for engagement activities at club level- Design of AOP- Improve the secondary to primary ratio to drive growth Key Responsibilities 1 Sales Business Development - Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory - Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share - Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors retailers contractors and end-users 2 Account Management - Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions - Conduct regular visits to key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention 3 Product Promotion - Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to highlight the features and benefits of wood coating products - Participate in trade shows exhibitions and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility and drive sales 4 Market Analysis - Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges - Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to support the continuous improvement of products and services 5 Reporting Documentation - Prepare and submit regular sales reports forecasts and market analysis to the Regional Sales Manager - Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and account details Skills - Strong sales and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint - Knowledge of the woodcoating market and products is a plus - Other Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Benefits - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives - Health insurance and other benefits as per company policy - Opportunities for professional development and career growth ref updazz com
