Mid-Level Sales Executive – New Business Development (2–5 Years Experience) Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month + High Incentives Location: Ghaziabad Role Focus: Full-time industrial B2B lead generation — bring NEW customers for gears, machined parts, and forged components. No existing client service. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach new OEMs, machine shops, fabricators, and manufacturers Generate new RFQs (requests for quotation) daily Build relationships from scratch and convert them into first-time buyers Conduct field visits in Ghaziabad, Noida, Faridabad, Delhi Submit new leads to production/management for pricing Close first orders and hand over to internal service team afterwards Requirements 4–7 yrs industrial / B2B / manufacturing sales experience Strong cold-calling and new business acquisition skills Understanding of machining & forging basics preferred Highly target-driven Must be able to open new markets Benefits Attractive incentives per new client + per order Travel/phone allowance Fast growth to Senior BD role
