Job Title: Influencer Marketing Intern / Talent Management Intern

Location: The Fame Tales, Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi 110075 (Onsite) - No work from home

Type: Full-time Internship (01 year experience)

Proficiency Level - Freshers Only

Stipend: As per industry standards

Both roles are in-office positions designed to offer real-world experience in the influencer ecosystem, with strong potential for Pre-Placement Offers based on performance.

Role Descriptions

1. Influencer Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in ideating and executing influencer-led campaigns.
- Identify and evaluate influencers across multiple platforms and niches.
- Manage influencer onboarding, briefs, and coordination.
- Track content deliveries, campaign timelines, and KPIs.
- Support campaign performance reports and competitor benchmarking.
- Stay updated with trends, formats, and emerging creators.

2. Talent Management Intern

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing a roster of digital creators/influencers.
- Act as a liaison between creators and brands to ensure smooth communication and timely deliveries.
- Explore and pitch brand collaboration opportunities for creators across verticals.
- Help negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials under supervision.
- Build and maintain up-to-date databases for creators and brands.
- Monitor and report creator performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, etc.).
- Contribute to strategic planning for creator growth and brand positioning.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 01 year of relevant experience or academic exposure (mass communication, marketing, or PR preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and influencer dynamics.
- Organized, self-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen interest in digital culture, creators, and influencer marketing trends.
