Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Boutique Store Merchandiser located in Delhi. The Boutique Store Merchandiser will be responsible for organizing and displaying merchandise to attract customers, managing inventory levels, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall appearance of the boutique. The role will also involve training staff on merchandising techniques and ensuring that all displays are aesthetically pleasing and up to the companys standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Retail Sales
- Excellent Organization Skills
- Ability to train staff on merchandising techniques
- Attention to detail and creativity in display
- Prior experience in luxury retail or boutique management is a plus
- Proficiency in using inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
