Role & Responsibilities:
Technical Skills:
- Team Management: Lead and oversee offshore contractors, ensuring accountability, adherence to responsibilities, and achievement of performance standards.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between offshore contractors and onshore teams-including engineering, IT, and business units-to enable seamless communication and collaboration.
- Performance Oversight: Conduct regular performance reviews of offshore contractors, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement initiatives as needed.
- Resource Planning: Optimize resource allocation by ensuring adequate staffing and efficient distribution of tasks to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Manage offshore vendor partnerships, ensuring contractual compliance and delivery of work in alignment with MUFG's quality standards.
- Reporting & Metrics: Prepare and present progress updates, performance reports, and key insights to senior leadership on a regular basis.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure offshore operations align with MUFG's internal policies, procedures, and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Training & Development: Assess skill gaps and provide opportunities for training and professional development to strengthen the offshore team's capabilities.
Key Skills
Following Key Skills are required:
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in technology project management, with proven expertise in leading and managing offshore teams.
- Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of CIAM, SIEM, and SOAR technologies, with hands-on exposure to tools such as PingIdentity, Okta, TransmitSecurity, and Splunk.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage diverse teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing effective solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
