Account Manager – US Staffing

Note: This is a role for a Account Manager - Staffing, Will be POC for the Implementation Partners / System Integrator clients. (Not for a Finance Department Accounting)

Overall Experience Required: 8+ to 12 years

Required Qualifications:

- Any Bachelor's degree B. Tech, BCA or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in US IT Staffing, with at least 2 years in an Account Management role.
- Prior experience handling enterprise clients such as TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Virtusa, Eviden, CTS, UST global, NTT Data and Capgemini is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of US visa classifications, compliance requirements, and hiring practices.
- Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing and selection.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS (Ceipal, Job Diva etc).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client requirements and priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow client accounts, focusing primarily on TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Virtusa, Eviden, CTS, UST global, NTT Data, Capgemini, and similar enterprise clients.
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and communicate them clearly to the recruitment team.
- Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure timely and quality submissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Handle escalations and ensure client concerns are resolved efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of all account activities.
