Qualifications and experience Typically requires a graduate or postgraduate degree in Hospital Administration or a related field Often needs 3-5 years of experience in a hospital leadership or supervisory role Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills are essential Key responsibilities Operational oversight Ensures all departments including medical nursing housekeeping and administration function efficiently and safely Staff supervision Provides leadership and support to on-duty staff manages staffing schedules and addresses any staffing or conflict issues Emergency and incident management Acts as the primary point of contact for emergencies and critical incidents coordinating responses and ensuring staff are prepared Patient care Addresses patient and family grievances facilitates admissions discharges and transfers and ensures high standards of patient care are maintained Administrative duties Handles administrative and regulatory compliance documents incidents and acts as a liaison for various hospital-related issues Liaison and coordination Coordinates with doctors nurses and other staff to ensure smooth patient care delivery They also coordinate with departments like billing and front office Facility rounds Conducts rounds to check on service standards hygiene and any deficiencies in patient care areas including the ER ICU and operating theaters Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
