Job Description About UAMORE UAMORE is a premium, Made-in-India perfume brand built on luxury, culture, and modern elegance. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who can drive our sales, build strong distribution networks, and grow our market presence across India. Role Overview The Sales Manager will be responsible for end-to-end sales operations, including identifying and onboarding distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and beauty advisors. The role requires strong execution, relationship-building, and sales strategy skills. You will ensure UAMORE products reach the right markets through the right partners. Key Responsibilities 1. Distribution & Network Expansion Identify, approach, and onboard distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in targeted regions. Build a strong distribution channel with clear sales targets. Negotiate trade terms, margins, and agreements. 2. Retail & B2B Sales Develop partnerships with cosmetic stores, gifting stores, pharmacies, salons, and boutiques. Manage relationships with retail owners and ensure product visibility & sales. Conduct regular market visits and retailer meetings. 3. Beauty Advisor Management Recruit, train, and manage Beauty Advisors (BAs) for in-store experience. Set sales targets for BAs and track performance. Ensure BAs represent UAMORE professionally and drive conversions. 4. Sales Strategy & Execution Prepare monthly & quarterly sales plans. Achieve revenue targets and ensure proper coverage in each region. Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and market demand. 5. Operations & Coordination Coordinate with supply chain for timely stock delivery. Maintain distributor inventory levels and avoid stockouts. Ensure proper documentation, billing, and payments. 6. Brand Visibility & Marketing Support Execute in-store promotions, testers placement, and display activities. Work with marketing to roll out promotions in different markets. Ensure brand guidelines are followed everywhere. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in FMCG, perfumes, cosmetics, or retail distribution (14 years preferred). Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Understanding of distributor margins, retail trade, and sales funnels. Willingness to travel extensively.
